Canditech is an AI-powered assessment platform that allows companies to automate the screening process and engage candidates with beautiful, branded tests that are 100% custom made for their needs. The tests are checked automatically and contain variety of question and answer types: Code, SQL, Excel, Video, multiple choice questions, open text questions and more.

​Problem Statement

Canditech, a skills-based recruitment platform, sought to attract new customers by demonstrating the effectiveness of their product. Traditional recruitment practices often rely on resumes, leading to challenges like hiring bias and mismatches in candidate skills. Canditech’s challenge was to communicate these advantages to a broader audience and encourage adoption of their unique skills-focused approach.

The Challange

Canditech needed a website that could effectively convey its value proposition to new users unfamiliar with skills-based hiring. The website had to bridge the gap between introducing the concept and clearly illustrating the product’s benefits. This required a design that would resonate with various stakeholders, including HR managers, recruiters, and business leaders, emphasizing ease of use, efficiency, and measurable impact.

Solution

I designed a website that simplifies Canditech’s messaging for newcomers, positioning it as the go-to solution for skill-based hiring. Using clear, results-oriented content and a visually engaging layout, the website highlights key features, industry insights, and customer testimonials. I included an intuitive flow that leads users to either book a demo or learn more through in-depth case studies, maximizing opportunities for conversion.
