Problem Statement

The company launched a new email organizer product but faced challenges in attracting new customers unfamiliar with its unique features and benefits. Without a clear and compelling way to present the product, potential users might overlook the advantages of this new solution for managing email overload.

Key Challenges

  • Design a visually appealing and cohesive visual identity that would resonate with new users.

  • Create a landing page that effectively communicates the product’s features, benefits, and differentiators in a way that engages first-time visitors.

  • Develop an intuitive user interface and user experience (UI/UX) that simplifies the user journey and highlights key functionalities.

Solution

  • Visual Identity: Developed a fresh and approachable brand look to give the new product a recognizable and appealing identity. The design choices reflect simplicity and efficiency, reinforcing the product’s core benefit of reducing email overload.

  • UI & UX Design: Designed a clean, user-friendly interface that emphasizes core features like email snooze, one-by-one sorting, and quick action buttons. Each element is geared toward guiding the user through a straightforward process that reduces inbox overwhelm.

  • Landing Page Copywriting: Using Eden Bidani’s “How To Write Landing Pages That Convert Cold Traffic” approach, I crafted copy that speaks directly to the frustrations of new users with cluttered inboxes. The copy positions the product as the solution, leading visitors to take action.
